I acquired an error, 500 error when I tried to upload forum icons.
Seems that aimoo is having all types of issues. Guess the emergency maintenance kind of left other issues that need to be resolved.

Did the 500 Error indicate it would be sent to the Administrator?
Have you tried more than once?

No hon .It tells us to check our proxy settings .. it'a huge message that comes up but nothing saying it would be sent to administrator

Babs,I really don't remember if it indicated that it would be sent to admin or not and no I did not try again. But I will try it again.thanks
Tried again and took screen shots of the page. I got most everything.

Well, let me put it this way. I have 3 backup forums which I use to work up new pages for the main forums and I just checked and I am getting that error on all 3 of these backup forums. It cannot be my browser as someone else had tried, they get the same error and they use IE and I use chrome. I'm not going to try it on any of my main forums, just in case I don't get this error and it goes through and then I would have to change the icon again back to the right one.
The backup forums are as follows:
Pspstorageandstuff
Brusskins Barn of Information
Mypspstoragegroup
And since this is all occuring in the control panel, giving you the links to the actual forum wouldn't really do you any good

I cannot upload ikons or make a new skin, neither can I change the header in the forum. Half of what I have uploaded show as red x's.

I just tried again to upload an icon to this forum and I got that error again. We can't finish our new pages and put them on our main forums if we can't upload the forum icons. We need to have this fix soon.Thank you very muchJackie

This is weird as Alice and I can upload icons.
Jackie/Glorene, if you want me to test it in your forum, send me an invite, upgrade me to Admin, give me the icon you want uploaded and tell me where you want it. You can kick me out later, but we will see if I can upload icons in your forum.
Jackie has posted her forum link but if anyone else wants theirs testing, Alice will need the URL.

Babs,I have sent you an invite to our back up forum and once you have accepted, I will make you an admin and there is a post with you name on it in the forum which has the icon that we want uploaded.Jackie

Babs, if it works for you, i don't know what we are going to do. I have the same problem in all 3 of my back up groups, can't upload to forum icons. It can't be me, since Glorene is also having the same problem. She uses IE and I am using Chrome. I hope that this can get fix soonthanks

Thank you both. At least I know it wasn't just me, Babs. Now like I said in a previous post, I'm having this same problem in all 3 of my back up groups not just the one that Babs checked. Whether or not am having the problem in our main forums, I don't know as I don't want to take the change of changing one.
I hope that they can get this fix as soon as possible because we would like to get our new pages up and can't do that without the forum icons.

The strange thing is, it worked for me in other forums. Anyway, hopefully the Tech dealing with it will solve the problem. I will sleep on it now as it's way past my bed time.
