Title:Problem Paying with Credit Card

I tried to pay with my credit card and received this message twice. I used Chrome and then tried with IE9. Got the same message with both. My card is not restricted...just used it today! So, what gives????? I need to make a donation by the 10th. I have a Paypal account  but it's not an option either. So..please help! Barb

I know there is a glitch with the papal payments system and that's why its not there but I have no idea why you are getting that error message

I just did a test and there is obviously a glitch. I have reported it to Harry who will alert the Techs.

The Techs need to know which forum to which you want to make the donation and then renew the Diamond with it. Please confirm that is your intention.

Barb, Do you have another card you can try?  I remember once I had a card that was always blocking me so I got the bank to give me a new account number and card and I never had any more problems after they obliged.

I did a test and there seems to be a problem in the coding for the credit card expiry date. This is a  problem on the banking page, not Aimoo's. Of course it is in Aimoo's best interest to get it fixed pronto, although all they can do is nag, like we do with Harry.

Sorry it is not better news but hopefully it will get fixed soon.

 I sent Harry an e-mail on March 9th and then I went on vacation. I haven't heard if the problem was resolved. So, I tried it again and it's still not fixed. I was gone for a little over 2 weeks!  How am I suppose to pay for the year to make Sharon's Playground a diamond group? You don't accept paypal anymore and the credit card option doesn't work. I have heard negative reports on MoneyBookers and I won't give them my info.

That isnt the only group with credit card problems. caboodlefriends is also having the same problem. We are due to expire in a few days, and the ower and administrator are having the same problem with their credit cards. Two different cards in two different states. The owner has been emailing someone and cant get an answer that has any information to help the situation. we have less than 8 days, and we will loose Diamond Status.

My gold statys will run out in 5 more days and I have been trying to pay for 3 or 4 days and it is not working I sent  in a support ticket and it has not been answered either.

Whatever you do don't keep trying and I suggest you check your account to see if any payments have been taken. If they have get back in touch here and we can get admin to look into it for you and get it sorted.
