Title:Help Please Also Problem with Registration

when I go to click on my home page for my aimoo group, I get sent to Aimoo Active List. Why is that? Also I tried to register a different account using a differnet name and all and when I did it sent me to aimoo but it would not register my name. It would not have in the gmail click here to register your forum now. IT does not say this in gmail. When I took it to my hotmail account it would work nad say your group is now registered and you may enter your control panel. I still have those emails if you need to see the difference in screen shots. Ple`alse help./ I was in earlier but now I cant get in my group at all. Thanks.

You will need to go into your forum control panel > forum status > forum offline and change to forum online then it will be available.

no i dont mean this one i had one prior to this one that i made yesterday when i came back after being gone. I still cant get into that one it keeps saying it isnt activated and it then says password is wrong when i use the one i sent you.

So you received the activation email but it didn't contain a link? Yes screenshots would be good, here or by PM & we can try to sort it out for you.

Hi the page it sent me to is the one you showed me in that link but it did not send me the registration email in my gmail account. I think they need to check that message they send to gmail users, and then when i applied with a new nick giving up on the old I went to my live.com aka hotmail and it took . Very odd. I sent Karrier the information thru pm as he said. thanks for your all help it is nice to have the help. The reason I had other accounts so much was to try to avoid a person that was harassing me who is no longer being a problem ok and it was not to just go and come like you all seem to think. I just didnt know how to handle the issue well with out hte help of aimoo as they cant get involved with personal disputes. I am now at peace with the person who i didnt get along with so that good came out of it all. Please try to understand this. I am not as experianced with Forums as you all seem to be and am still learning the ropes. I'm for the wiser now for the experiance and hope to not have to change id's anymore. I will just delete the one I was asking about here the other account if Karrier gets it fixed but I will stick with my name Julie93 ps is also no ones business what I do with my spending money and where or how I choose to use it. My kids always come first and always will be first and no one needs to XXX into my personal life in here when i'm just asking for help. This is not a gossip forum it is a ask for help forum and should be treated as such!

Thank you, Oz very nice of you and I appreicate the welcome back. There is no place around as good as aimoo and I'm not going to keep changing my nicks. I am sticking with one. I appreicate the help i'm getting this time around from you all it is very helpful. Thank you so much. I just looked at the at the screenshots & one is about the new forum registration diamond status and the other is the activate your registration email, they are both totally different types of messages, only one will contain the activation link.
Not sure what else to sat other than have you managed to get into your forum yet? I have replied via PM too.,

I sent you ok the one from Gmail did not send me the 2nd email to register my account. Ok when I sent you the 2nd screenshot, that was from my Julie93 account that i'm in now. I still cannont access the one from the Gmail account wich is the SylviaS account and I cant get into that one due a registration email did not arrive and still has not arrived. I have never had this issue before. If you guys want to just delete the SylivaS account that would be fine by me but it might happen to others and that would be very hard to help them if you don't get a fix on it now. I know you get 2 emails when you apply to aimoo ok and I did not get the regester email at Gmail so I could use SylivaS, account. This is what I'm trying to say hope it makes sense? I got this Julie 93 registered thru a hotmail account so it worked fine but Gmails are not sending register email. IF you get what I mean. Try it, maybe you will see what i mean if you try it yourself. You have to get gmail account tho. Julie

G'day Julie93 ... please be reassured - the issue is being investigated. As stated in Post # 7 the issue that you have raised has been reported to the Aimoo Administrator Alice for her further attention. It is my understanding that Alice will not be online until Monday.
Can I ask you to please answer Karriers' question in Post #9 i.e. have you managed to get into your forum yet?
