Your continued attention to this problem is appreciated.  Please  get your techs to figure this one out and restore Willow to Sunlight and Shadows.  She did try the pop-up blocker tip you suggested and there was no change!  Surely there is something you can do to help ... this should not be ongoing for 48+ hours!
